Richard A. (Rick) St. Jean, Jr., is the CEO and Managing Partner of Commonwealth Financial Group. A graduate of Fordham University and a Certified Leadership Fellow, Rick's commitment to sound financial planning and building strong relationships go hand in hand in all that he does - priding himself on CFG's commitment to delivering financial confidence to all its clients.

As the leader of Commonwealth Financial Group, Rick has focused his energy around bringing the best out of his team, providing a long-term strategy and vision for the company’s growth.  Rick has helped to galvanize Commonwealth Financial Group's sterling reputation for coaching and developing innovative ideas and concepts and practice management techniques that allow advisors to concentrate on delivering the best possible financial planning experience in the industry.  His commitment to elevating the industry's standards have earned him a reputation as a mentor and professional thought leader.

Rick’s passion for developing people and relationships extends beyond his work at Commonwealth Financial Group. On top of receiving numerous industry and public awards and being regularly asked to speak at events that examine a host of entrepreneurial topics, Mr. St. Jean also gives back to his community by dedicating a generous portion of his time to working on several nonprofit, industry, and educational boards and organizations including founding Rally 2 Give a non-profit foundation that connects great people for great things.
