Richard (Rick) A. St. Jean, Jr. is the Executive Chairman of Commonwealth Financial Group (CFG), a graduate of Fordham University, and a Certified Leadership Fellow. Rick's commitment to sound financial planning and building strong relationships go hand in hand with all that he does, and he prides himself on CFG's commitment to delivering financial confidence to all its clients.

Since becoming CFG’s Executive Chairman, Rick has focused on driving growth by providing a long-term strategy and vision for the firm and developing CFG’s next generation through experience and exposure. Rick has helped to galvanize CFG's sterling reputation for coaching and developing entrepreneurs, executives, and other professionals. His commitment to elevating the industry's standards has earned him a reputation as a mentor and thought leader within the world of financial planning and beyond.

Rick’s passion for developing people and relationships extends beyond his work at CFG. On top of receiving numerous industry and public awards and being regularly asked to speak at events that examine a host of entrepreneurial topics, Rick also gives back to his community by dedicating a generous portion of his time to several nonprofit, industry, and educational boards and organizations including founding the non-profit organization, Rally 2 Give, with his son.

Rick and his wife, Nancy, currently reside in Concord, MA.

Mike is the Head of CFG Brokerage Network. He is dedicated to supporting the managers and team of CFG Brokerage Network to help provide the best possible solution for their clients.

Mike began his career as a financial advisor in 2002 focusing on comprehensive financial planning. In 2006, Mike changed focus of his practice to comprehensive planning for business owners and created a business advisory group. In 2009, Mike merged his group into Commonwealth Financial Group where he became the Managing Director of CFG Brokerage Network.

Mike continues to work with advisors to help business owners get the most out of their business in ways that matter most to them. He specializes in business advisory services, executive and employee benefits, and wealth preservation strategies.
