Brokerage Relationship Manager

The primary focus for the Brokerage Manager is to drive, develop and maintain relationships with the financial advisors and institutions that we serve. The ideal candidate for this role will be expected to support advisors by going the extra mile in order to provide them with the resources necessary to implement the best solutions for their clients.

Maintain & Foster Strong Relationships with Advisors

  • Constant communication with brokers on cases, consistent follow-up
  • Recognize key relationships and always make them top priorities
  • Check in with brokers on a regular basis to gain feed back
  • Aim to maximize production within existing relationships
  • Work to increase number of producer referrals

Support Case Design & Implementation

  • Determine producers’ needs for growth and deliver the appropriate resources necessary to fulfill them
  • Oversee and support the implementation process for the best possible solution
  • Survey new potential brokers as well as existing brokers

Develop & Expand Network of Brokers

  • Identify and research all potential producers in the market area
  • Recognize new opportunities within existing relationships and partnerships
  • Develop strategic partnerships within network and always look to expand

Key Qualifications, Skills & Characteristics

  • 1- 2 years of experience in the Financial Services Industry preferred
  • Background in Client Relations or Sales preferred
  • LAH Insurance License preferred, but not required
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Experience using CRM software preferred (i.e. Sales Force, Smart Office, etc.)
